Jakarta, 22nd June 2026 – PT Argo Pantes Tbk (IDX: ARGO) pleased to announce that main construction of the J&T Cargo Build-to- Suit (BTS) warehouse will commence this month.

“Following the completion of Phase 1 foundation work in late May 2026 – one month ahead of schedule – and the appointment of the Phase 2 main contractor in the middle of last week, ARGO’s major initiative for the year officially begins this month. We are confident that this strategic J&T Cargo warehouse project will be completed on schedule by February 2027,” stated Thomas Wahyu Kalaij, President Director of PT Argo Pantes Tbk.

ARGO previously broke ground on the J&T Cargo BTS warehouse on 23 April 2026. The project has an estimated cost of approximately IDR 120 billion and is slated for completion within 12 months of the lease agreement signing in February 2026.

PT ACE Construction and Development – part of ACE United Group, an international construction and engineering firm headquartered in Shanghai, China that is operating in over 30 countries with key Indonesian projects since 2009 – was selected as the Phase-2 contractor following ARGO's rigorous evaluation.
