Jakarta, 04 July 2026 – Jakarta, 4th August 2026 – PT Argo Pantes Tbk (IDX: ARGO) pleased to announce the signing of Lease Agreement with PT United Chemicals Inter Aneka (‘United Chemicals’) on July 31, 2026.

The lease contract is valued at IDR 48.14 billion for a 64-month term through November 30, 2031, covering 13,422 square meters for United Chemicals' warehouse, office, and loading areas.

“The signing of this lease agreement with United Chemicals represents a further strategic step and a significant milestone for the Company to increasingly diversify its tenant industry portfolio. This lease contract will increase the occupancy rate of the rental area and strengthen the Company's long-term operating revenue,” stated Thomas Wahyu Kalaij, President Director of PT Argo Pantes Tbk.

Previously, on February 11, 2026, ARGO entered into a 10-year Build-to-Suit warehouse lease agreement with J&T Cargo for value of IDR 221 billion.
