Tangerang, 23 April 2026 – PT Argo Pantes Tbk (IDX: ARGO) officially commenced the groundbreaking of a Build-to-Suit (BTS) warehouse.

The ceremony was attended by shareholders, management from both companies, contractors, and representatives from the prospective financing institutions. The project is valued at approximately IDR 120 billion and is scheduled for completion in February 2027.

This new facility is set to become a strategic pillar in J&T Cargo’s logistics network within the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area.

“This groundbreaking aligns with Argo’s strategic objective to optimize land occupancy through long-term lease agreements, which secure more stable cash flows for the company’s future,” stated Thomas Wahyu Kalaij, President Director of PT Argo Pantes Tbk.

This milestone follows the signing of a 10-year (120-month) lease agreement on February 11, 2026, with a total contract value of nearly IDR 221 billion.
