JAKARTA, 31 March 2026 – PT Argo Pantes Tbk. (the “Company”), Revenue growth to IDR 112.3 Billion for the year 2025.

The Company hereby announced its financial performance for the year 2025 by recording total revenue of IDR 112.3 billion.

The higher growth of EBITDA than revenue is attributable to the successful implementation of operational cost controls and economies of scale enhancements. This performance was further supported by expansion of the Company’s leasable warehouse areas in which up to end of 2025, the total leased areas were 170,283 sq.m., representing a 17.2% increase from 145,250 sq.m. in 2024.

Following the signation of a strategic warehouse lease agreement with J&T Cargo in February 2026—valued at IDR 221 billion for a 10-year tenure—the Company is currently in negotiations with several blue-chip prospective tenants for long-term lease commitments.

This initiative is consistent with the Company’s strategic objective to optimize warehouse occupancy rates. By focusing long-term contracts, the Company aims to generate sustainable revenues in the future and strengthen its cash flow profile.
