JAKARTA, 12 February 2026 – PT Argo Pantes Tbk. (the “Company”), an issuer engaged in the integrated textile industry and property leasing, hereby announces the acquisition of a new material contract through the execution of a Lease Cooperation Agreement with PT Global Yimi Cargo (“J&T Cargo”).

This strategic milestone is an implementation of the Company’s long-term strategy to optimize asset utilization and enhance value creation for its stakeholders.

Transaction Details:

• Parties Involved: The Company acts as the Lessor and J&T Cargo as the Lessee. The Parties confirm that there is no affiliation between them regarding this transaction.

• Contract Value: The total consideration for this lease agreement is amounting to ±IDR 221(more or less two hundred and twenty-one billion Rupiah).

• Duration: The agreement is set for a term of 10 (ten) years, commencing from the date of the Handover Minutes (BAST).

Impact on the Company:

The signing of this contract is anticipated to deliver a significant positive impact on the Company’s financial performance, specifically by bolstering sustainable revenue streams and increasing the occupancy rate of the Company's leasable land.

Furthermore, it supports the expansion of the Company’s business activities within the property sector. Management affirms that this transaction carries no adverse impact on the Company’s operational activities, legal standing, or business continuity.
